For the 2020 season, customers may pre-tag one of our field trees on November 7 & 8 from 10:00 am-5:00 pm or until we reach our harvest limit of 500 trees. (A non-refundable $10 deposit is required at tagging). These trees will remain in the field until you return during scheduled harvest dates/times. Please remember that the fields close nightly at 5pm! This weekend also marks the opening of the Gift Shop as well as the opportunity to special order your memorial decorations.
COVID Protocol
- Masks are required in the barn.
- Please socially distance outside.
- No food pantry collection this year.
- November 7 & 8 system in place for customers to wait in cars to get tags rather than in line.
- Quick cash deposits can be made when getting tags. Debit/credit cards will be processed at register.
- Had sanitizer will be readily available. Service ares and portable restroom will be cleaned and sanitized through each day.
- When possible, we ask that 1 family member enter the barn for tree payment.
- Take home bags of cookies and hot chocolate packets will be provided on harvest weekends to enjoy at home, rather than being served in the barn.
- Bringing a trucks requires less time & close contact when loading your tree.
- To avoid crowds, low volume times are weekdays from 3:00-7:00 (remember the fields close at 5:00 pm)
