This weekend also marks the opening of the Gift Shop as well as the opportunity to special order your memorial decorations.

  • Cash is the fastest payment option saving you from a second line for credit/debit card payment. NO CHECKS.
  • No professional photography sessions

Gingerbread Home Bakery will be here with baked goods. The Gift Shop will be open both days.

Tagging Process

Step 1: Parking attendants will give you a number upon arrival. Listen for the bullhorn to announce your turn to register in the barn to pay the deposit and get your tags – which includes a highly visible flagging ribbon with your name and a three part numbered security tag. The bottom of this tag will be stapled to your registration card and returned to you at harvest time. You will also be given a tree locator sheet with your name & tree number. Leave the locator sheet at the barn before leaving. We will attach it to your claim stub.

Step 2: Go find your tree! Trees with tags are already taken and no longer available, so walk around the tree to be sure that it is not already tagged. We get a lot of strong winds, so tags MUST be tightly attached behind a forked park of the branch. Do not attache your tags and ribbon to each other.

Step 3: Fill out the locator sheet. Before walking away from your tree, look to see where it is located by noting on the locator sheet any lane markers and/or landmarks and the number of rows from the lane. This is also a great time to take a picture of everyone around your tree!

Step 4: Return the locator sheet to the barn in the designated box.

Your tree will be waiting until your return sometime between November 24 and December 17 to harvest it for the holiday. Please remember that the field closes nightly at 5:00 pm for the safety of our employees.

Thank you and happy holidays!
